Job Summary

The Department of Surgery in the College of Medicine is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator Senior. The major job responsibilities for this position are Program Administration, Curriculum Management, Quality Improvement, and Accreditation Oversight.

Specific duties include serving as primary communication liaison between medical students and all administrative staff and faculty regarding course activities and policies and OME guidelines; providing primary curricular support to UK COM instructors of record (IOR) in the planning, organizing, and implementing MD program courses across campuses; facilitating quality assurance action plans for course improvement; and maintain knowledge and proficiency in LCME requirements as related to M1 and M2 courses and continuously monitor compliance with such.
