Director of Institutional Research


The Director of Institutional Research, full time and exempt from civil service and representation, reports to the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement and provides leadership and management to the Institutional Research (IR) Office, supporting the College’s mission and strategic plan. The Director of IR is a member of the Institutional Advancement team and is responsible for organizing and managing the daily activities of the IR Office including: providing leadership in developing and supporting college-wide research and assessment activities, providing support to a broad range of administrative planning and decision-making efforts, and maintaining and enhancing the College’s reporting and analytical capabilities. The incumbent is responsible for compliance with state, federal, accrediting body, and other accountability mandates. The incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement on a number of accreditation, strategic planning, and strategic initiatives activities, and will provide significant support for the program review and assessment process.
