POSITION SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position provides a wide range of executive level support to the Chief Financial Officer. Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manages phone calls, mail and e-mail for CFO
  • Manages CFO calendar by scheduling and confirming appointments and arranging meeting rooms
  • Prepares agendas and presentations, as necessary, for Executive meetings, Board of Director meetings, Market Partner meetings, Investor Relations meetings, and any other CFO-required topics
  • Manages all CFO travel, ground transportation, registrations, dinner arrangements, meetings on-site, expense reports, etc
  • Procures information necessary for the CFO’s office and maintains filing (to include electronic systems)
  • Maintains CFO department expense tracking
  • Liaison to Senior Staff, Board of Directors, vendors, and other outside relationships including public/elected officials
  • Closely monitors deadlines for contracts, responses and follow up
  • Handles, coordinates, prioritizes and executes everything for the CFO professionally and personally at their discretion
  • Will come in contact with confidential company information, trade secrets, and intangible assets – confidentiality and professional discretion are a must for this position

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. High School education required.

Experience: Minimum 4 years related experience that gives the incumbent the knowledge, skills, and abilities to support a fast-paced leadership team. Two years of experience must have been supporting an executive level position. Experience in a financial setting preferred.

Computer Skills:  Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint a must
