Position Purpose
The Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) is responsible for promoting Gold Coast JCB parts and service solutions. You will work together with our Parts and Service departments to perform inspections on customer owned equipment and make parts, service and repair recommendations to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Gold Coast JCB unique abilities as JCB authorized dealer in the territory.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Established new customer accounts by visiting at their main office or jobsite.
- Service and maintain existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed strategic goals
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships and interactions
- Develop strong and productive customer relationships
- Respond quickly to leads and qualified customers
- Develop and present to customers sales quotes and proposals as needed
- Meet set requirements and goals for continued professional development
· Essential Job Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or another related field.
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational qualifications.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or outside sales position, in a heavy machinery, truck, or diesel engine industries promoting the sale of parts and service products.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Knowledge of heavy machinery, truck or diesel engine industries.
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or another related field.

- Demonstrated ability to strategically develop a defined territory.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Negotiation experience.
- Professional communications skills: verbal, written, phone, email, and in person.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.

- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented and thorough.
- Strong desire to win.
