Human Resources Generalist II (Recruiting/Compensation)
Job Definition

We’re seeking an HR Generalist (level II) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, supporting our employees, and driving organizational success. This role will be supporting our recruiting and compensation areas. We are seeking someone who builds and maintains partnerships with employees at all levels across the organization. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, curious, have a continuous improvement mindset, and be detail-oriented. This is currently a hybrid role (subject to change). Must be knowledgeable about technology, including experience using an applicant tracking system and intermediate Excel skills.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for filling positions
- Effectively navigate applicant tracking system
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Educate and guide managers on recruitment process
Compensation:
Administer compensation programs, including:
- Conducting salary reviews for new hires and promotions
- Researching and administering merit programs
- Analyzing market data to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Responding to salary surveys
- Assisting managers with development and/or updating of job descriptions organizational design consultations
- Ensuring compliance with FLSA
- Educating managers on our compensation programs and practices
Experience/Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND
- Two (2) years of related Human Resources experience;
OR
- Associate's Degree Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND
- Four (4) years of related Human Resources experience;
OR
- Six (6) years of related Human Resources experience.
