The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for technical services and property maintenance function to both the internal and external parts of buildings, and common areas to meet the Company’s requirements for building standards, health and safety, statutory compliance and overall asset functionality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the maintenance contracts and is responsible for annual maintenance work.
- Development and coordination of maintenance plans.
- Planning and management of projects (maintenance, renovation, conversion, technical optimization, etc.)
- Administration in the area of building infrastructure (construction plans, documentation of test reports, fleet, insurance, etc.)
- Process and quality management and optimization
- Personnel deployment planning (workers, cleaning staff)
- Takes care of the green spaces around the building.
- Removes waste and leftover items from empty apartments before renovation begins.
- Takes care of the management of the garbage room
- Completes assigned minor and routine service requests and repair work.
- Supports the setup, move-in and move-out process by completing tasks and checks as required by the Property Operations Manager.

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Completed education
- Professional experience in the real estate industry or sales experience is desirable
- Convincing communication skills
- Strong acquisition and negotiation strengths
- Customer-oriented way of working
- High level of self-motivation, determination and willingness to perform
- Professional, engaging and well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge of using property management software (preferably Yardi).Training is also offered
