Operations Corporate Actions Specialist

As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will:
  • Appropriately identifying high risk actions to ensure that proper precautions are taken to avoid losses, and exposure to Baird.
  • Contribute to productivity, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to drive exceptional client service, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure that all Voluntary Corporate Actions are announced in a timely manner to avoid missing deadlines, which carry a high risk/liability to Baird.

What we look for:
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous DTC exposure preferred
  • Series 99 within 120 days of hire if role processes cash or security movements
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments; work under pressure and within deadlines to produce accurate, high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or collaboratively within a team.
