Job Summary

The Project Director, for the Title III Titan’s Track Project, is a five-year grant funded position within the Marketing, PR & Enrollment Management Division, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, PR & Enrollment Management, with a dotted line to the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment. The project is titled Titans Track, which supports the college’s strategic plan, enrollment goals, and institutional success, strongly supporting retention and completion. Responsibilities include overseeing the development, planning, implementation, metrics, and reporting of all aspects of the grant, ensuring compliance of the grant and federal regulations. Leadership and development of staff and faculty will be required throughout this project.

Develop, monitor, and adjust project activities and project goals for the Title III Titan’s Track grant, ensuring continuous improvement and high accountability for outcomes of project.

Create and implement professional development for staff to align project goals with CCM Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) model, integrate systems currently used in The Academic Success Center (TASC) for first year students, and expand use of systems such as CRM Advise and CRM Recruit.



Qualifications - Education

Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s preferred.



Qualifications - Experience

3 years of experience in grant supported project management or complex organization management focused on outcomes. Proven experience and success in working with diverse populations. Leadership experience supported by success metrics. Exemplary writing, presentation and editing skills. Evidence of successful report writing, presentation development and data analysis.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills that reflect effective collaboration. Attention to detail and ability to exercise independent judgement. Customer service focused. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, various database programs and other beneficial technologies.
