Proposal Administrator I - S00324FY18

The Proposal Administrator I is responsible for research proposal preparation and submission; providing support to researchers in the preparation and submission of research proposals which includes determining the sponsor’s requirements and preparation of budgets and forms according to the guidelines established by The Texas A&M University System, Federal Cost Accounting Standards and sponsor guidelines.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Proofreading skills and experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
