The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

Enterprise Communications Platform provides uni and bi-directional cross-channel communications and brings an Enterprise and Customer First approach. It encapsulates domain agnostic generic technology functions into Enterprise Shared Services to promote re-usability and consistency across communication journeys.  Our platform primarily focuses on fulfillment and delivery of servicing related Customer Communications irrespective of communication channels like Email, Letters, Push Notification, SMS, WhatsApp, Secure Message Center etc.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and maintain automated tests where possible, running in a continuous integration environment. 
  • Ensure excellent application usability through careful manual testing. 
  • Collaborate with Product team, Development team and Dependent teams to plan, test and release high-quality features in the apps. 
  • Implement test cases/scripts, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing 
  • Follow and help cultivate consistent development best practices. 
  • Work closely with development team to iteratively test concurrently with feature development. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other technical field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and consistent track record in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects. 
  • 3-6 years’ experience working in JavaScript and able to demonstrate good JavaScript knowledge. 
  • 3+ years’ Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) / Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices including frameworks such as Protractor, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Jmeter.
  • Extensive knowledge of working in manual and automated testing of GRC Archer applications
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery environment and platforms, especially Maven and Jenkins. 
  • Experience in working with onshore/offshore model. 
  • Knowledge of version control (git) is required.
  • Demonstrated principles for the best iterative development methods for the self-organizing teams using Agile Methodologies including Rally  

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
