Basic Purpose: The Analyst of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will support Hain Celestial in driving revenue growth through advanced data analysis and strategic insights. This role focuses on optimizing revenue, synthesizing complex data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Synthesis:

  • Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources, including sales, pricing, and promotional data, to provide actionable insights.
  • Standardize and synthesize data into tools and processes for RGM strategies.
  • Facilitate the transition to Power BI by developing and refining reports and dashboards.

Reporting & Visualization:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track RGM performance.
  • Create detailed Excel models for data analysis, transitioning to Power BI as needed.

RGM Strategy and Pricing Optimization:

  • Support the development and execution of RGM strategies, with a focus on optimizing pricing and promotions.
  • Analyze and refine pricing strategies, including price elasticity, price ladders, and price curves.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to Sales for optimizing trade promotions and ensuring alignment with RGM objectives.

Process Improvement:

  • Enhance data management processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new RGM systems and tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with the Trade Marketing team to align on pricing and promotion guidelines.
  • Measure compliance and assess impacts on revenue.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to integrate RGM initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years in a Sales Analyst role or similar capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with advanced analytical skills.
    • Experience with Power BI or similar tools, and supporting transition to Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze complex data and derive insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting data clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $62,000 -$85,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
