As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will develop advanced financial models and conducts in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights through variance analysis, and preparing comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in financial software systems, contribute to building financial infrastructure (including creating dashboards within NetSuite Planning and Budgeting), and possess the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial collaborators.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop and implement advanced financial models and forecasting techniques.
  • Analyze potential deals, partnerships, and investments to assess their financial impact and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the creation and distribution of department budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in and lead complex financial projects, including capital budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analyses to identify trends in financial performance, providing executive-level insights.
  • Assist in preparing regular monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to assess organizational financial health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial best practices and operational improvements.
  • Assist in the setup and creation of dashboards within NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, contributing to the organization's financial infrastructure and planning processes.
     

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least four years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, business analysis or equivalent experience
  • Experience building financial models and variance analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, power query, and macros.

WE’D BE THRILLED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • NetSuite Planning and Budgeting experience
  • Experience with income statement analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Expertise in developing financial models and conducting detailed data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of business planning, forecasting and management reporting activities.
