JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians in a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, coordinating maintenance activities, and providing technical guidance to the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
