U.S. Renal care dietitians work under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager. <h4>What you'll be doing</h4>Patient Nutrition. Using the most current, science-based practices, you will recommend therapeutic diets based on patient nutritional needs, preferences, and changes in treatment, in consultation with the patient's physician. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Provides direct care services to a caseload of clients.</li><li>Responsible for documentation of clients assigned to as well as documentation relating to other clients progress.</li><li>Monitors the site, coordinates and participates in house activities such as preparation of meals, chore activities, recreational activities, safety checks etc.</li><li>Facilitate food-planning committee; train clients in weekly food planning.</li><li>Provide rehabilitative support services in daily living skills, health services and others as assigned.</li><li>Provide housing services including assistance with maintenance issues.</li><li>Monitors medication.</li><li>Assists with transportation of clients.</li><li>Attend staff meetings as scheduled.</li><li>Perform monthly fire inspections.</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li></ul> Salary: $19.00/hour&nbsp; Position Requirements Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
