The Busser/Food Runner works as member of the Front of House team, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and interior/exterior of the restaurant. The Cooper’s Hawk Bartender builds relationships with our Guests by setting up, maintaining and operating our bar, in accordance with our recipe standards. They have a full understanding of food, beverages and wine service.
