Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!<ul><li>Manage projects and initiatives having major enterprise-wide safety impact to Southern California Edison in support of SCE safety priorities and goals.<ul><li>Ensure successful implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement of safety culture efforts.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop objectives and short to long range strategies.</li><li>Perform senior project management functions including analyses, project plans, business cases, risk analysis/mitigation plans, developing and implementing metrics to measure and adjust. </li><li>Lead company-wide cross-functional teams to drive project objectives from inception to completion.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Analyze complex business issues to ensure alignment with Enterprise goals and strategies.&nbsp;<ul><li>Serve as a safety culture expert with deep foundational and applied knowledge. </li><li>Research best practices and conduct benchmarking. Identify and recommend areas for continuous improvement and strategies to address and initiate projects as applicable.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Responsible for successful execution of materials and activities for executive leadership and senior leadership safety teams. <ul><li>Facilitate meetings, actions, and the resolution of safety issues.&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul>The essentials<ul><li>Ten (10) or more years of experience managing large scale projects with major impacts including scope, schedule and budget responsibilities. </li><li>Five (5) or more years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Performance Consulting, Organizational Design, Re-engineering &amp; Process Improvement, Strategy Development/Implementation, and/or Business Culture expertise.</li><li>Two (2) or more years of leadership/supervisory experience.</li></ul>The preferred<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.</li><li>Ten (10) years’ experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects.</li><li>Experience collaborating with team members, all levels of leadership, different departments and vendors to develop solutions, facilitate ongoing collaboration across varied groups, and cultivate stakeholder engagement/buy-in. </li><li>Experience coordinating or implementing business readiness activities including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications to ensure business and operational readiness for change. </li><li>Experience achieving desired outcomes and actions through negotiation and influence. </li><li>Project Management Certification &nbsp;</li></ul>You should know<ul><li>This position’s work mode is hybrid. The Campus Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting day-to-day operations and events on the Anaheim, CA campus. Reporting to the Campus Operations Manager, the Coordinator performs and coordinates tasks and activities to facilitate the optimal functioning of facilities, systems, and processes for faculty, staff, and students. PRINCIPAL DUTIESOperational Support<ul><li>Provide general administrative assistance to campus operations leadership.</li><li>Support the management of the campus operations inbox and respond to student, faculty, and staff requests related to campus operations.</li><li>Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the campus.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and information management related to facilities usage and events.</li><li>Support the mailroom operations and delivery/acceptance of packages and mail.</li><li>Support the reception desk as needed.</li><li>Create and update ID cards for faculty, staff, and students.</li><li>Assist campus visitors and vendors.</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service when interacting with campus community members.</li></ul>Facilities Management<ul><li>Support office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and classroom setups.</li><li>Provide support for on-campus events, including room reservations, setup, and takedown.</li><li>Maintain supply rooms and inventory levels of office supplies, kitchen items, and other essential campus materials.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance tasks and routine inspections to identify facility repair needs.</li></ul>Emergency Preparedness<ul><li>Be trained on emergency operations policies and procedures and be able to execute response plans on behalf of campus operations leadership if needed.</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>1+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database management software.</li><li>Valid U.S. Driver’s License.</li><li>Availability to work evening and weekend hours.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 50 pounds.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Experience in facility coordination or event planning.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.</li></ul>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis opportunity is budgeted at $16.00 - $25.64 per hour base compensation.
