JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThis position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.JOB DESCRIPTION&nbsp;Essential Responsibilities: 1. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.&nbsp;5. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.&nbsp;6. Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 30 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own “next chapter” while benefiting everyone involved.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver propane gas to customer locations in a safe and efficient manner</li><li>Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer</li><li>Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safe handling and delivery of propane</li><li>Provide excellent customer service&nbsp;</li><li>Report all accidents, traffic violations, and damage to vehicles</li><li>Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling bulk liquid products</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have CDL with (Hazmat/Tanker) endorsements&nbsp;</li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred).</li><li>Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.</li><li>Physically able to lift and pull up to 60 pounds, in all weather conditions.</li><li>Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.</li></ul>Pay- $34-$38 per hour, depending on experience&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledThis job posting does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
