<p>The mission of the <em>Peer-to-Peer Program</em> is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can connect with others whose shared experiences help them work through various stages of crisis. &nbsp;Clients can join in peer-led activities, including guided meditation, arts and crafts, and “recovery is real” group discussions. &nbsp;If they prefer, they can simply relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, or watch television in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere surrounded by empathetic peers whose similar situations can be invaluable during recovery. Offering respect, understanding, and ongoing encouragement, our peers are a guiding force to renew hope and strengthen clients’ determination to stay on track with their own journeys of recovery.</p><p>Aspire Health Alliance’s peer support specialists are qualified by lived experience and trained through the Massachusetts Certified Peer Specialist Program. &nbsp;Each is dedicated to connecting with clients, urging open, honest dialogue—and showing by example that recovery is possible. &nbsp;Role models for the group, they also advocate for their peers, promote healing through relationship building, and provide guidance on other mental health resources if needed.</p><p>Aspire Health Alliance’s <em>Peer-to-Peer Program</em> provides clients with assistance during times when access to mental health services is unavailable. Located at 460 Quincy Avenue in Quincy, <em>Peer-to-Peer</em> is open Thursday and Friday from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and on holidays between the hours of 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.</p><h4>Required Skills</h4><ul><li>Peer Specialist Certification required within 6 months of date of hire. Peer to Peer Specialist - per diem

<p><strong>New increased rate of $17/hour! </strong></p><p>Great opportunity exists as a Mental Health Worker in our Intensive Community Support Program in Quincy.&nbsp; Join our professional team to provide specialized care to consumers in a 24-hour crisis stabilization setting.</p><p>Responsibilities include: facilitating individual treatment planning; participating in recreational, therapeutic and coping activities; encouraging consumer health through proper diet and activities of daily living;&nbsp;and maintaining a secure, safe setting.</p><p>Housed within Aspire Health Alliance’s Emergency Services Program in Quincy, Intensive Community Support (ICS) is available to adults referred by the Department of Mental Health who have lost their housing, are experiencing a need for increased support, or are transitioning back into the community from a hospital setting. Staffed by a mental health worker, the open, five-bed residential unit provides clients with stability as they connect with the resources and services needed to achieve independent living. During their stay, clients participate in structured therapeutic activities between 9:00 and 5:00, while caseworkers provide support with medication management, appointment follow up, transportation, and other daily tasks necessary to successful transition. Mental Health Worker, Crisis Stabilization, Quincy – New Increased Rate

DBT Clinician

<p>Great opportunity exists to work with the Plymouth Outreach team!</p><p>Based out of offices in Braintree and Plymouth, the Community Outreach Counseling (Outreach) team provides therapy in homes, schools, and temporary housing to MassHealth-insured clients who are not able to consistently reach outpatient offices, or for whom in-home treatment is clinically indicated. Offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy, our master’s level Outreach clinicians work with children, teens, adults, and seniors experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, and other mental health issues. Outreach services include comprehensive assessment, development of goal-oriented treatment plans, and individualized counseling designed to facilitate the recovery, health, and overall well-being of clients and their families.
