POSITION SUMMARY The Sterile Processing Trainer is responsible for training non-credit workforce program trainees in the theoretical and practical aspects of sterile processing, including preparing trainees for entry-level positions in healthcare facilities. The Trainer will work collaboratively with workforce development leadership and employer partners to ensure non-credit workforce programs have successful outcomes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Trains, supervises and assesses trainees’ progress in meeting training program requirements. Evaluates and reports overall training program progress. Maintains communication with clinical partners. Establishes and maintains appropriate records for each trainee. Conducts or oversees clinical competency training examinations, monitors trainee progress and maintains comprehensive records on trainee performance. Confers with and advises trainees on their clinical performance and progress. Adheres to clinical training guidelines consistent with the program’s didactic and clinical training content. Conducts and oversees clinical training demonstrations and lab sessions. Maintains the quality of clinical training and its conformance to certification standards. Prepares a program syllabus in advance of the training program start date. Ensures that training plans and training materials for the full training program are relevant and current. SUMMARY

Job Summary
Reporting to the Adult Education Program Director, the ESL Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literacy to adult learners with limited English proficiency according to Tennessee Adult Education ESL content standards and assessment competencies while accommodating individual learner’s needs and goals. In addition, this position will serve as lead for all ESL programs and assist the director with state initiates including ESL reporting, state meetings and development of other ESL teachers and materials.
Job Duties
• Follow the TN Division of Adult Education Assessment Policy for pre- and post-testing to assess and evaluate students to determine their progress and potential for advancement to the next National Reporting System (NRS) level utilizing the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS).
• Provide orientation for new ESL students including CASAS proctoring.

• Provide instruction to a multi-level class in reading, writing, speaking, and listening for every lesson.
• Maintain student attendance and records of progress in accordance with the Division of Adult Education requirements.
• Participate in the retention and follow-up of students.

• Lead curriculum initiatives for the ESL teachers in compliance with state wide initiatives.
• Assist the director with state reporting requirements for ESL students.

Position Summary: To staff the service desk, provide customer service using a computer-based library system, and provide other library support services, including circulation of materials, shelf maintenance, and upkeep of copiers and printers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
80% Staff the service desk and check out and check in library materials and perform other processes using the circulation system. Answer directional and general, informational questions about library circulation processes and about the college. Add/update patron information in the library system. Participate in the performance of all activities related to intercampus loan. Handle questions related to overdue and lost materials. Maintain supplies of the various forms used at the circulation desk. Explain circulation policies to patrons and provide suggestions for improving circulation policies and procedures. Open/close the library.
20% Sort and shelve library materials and assist with shelf maintenance.

The Service Center at the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) supports the System Office and Technical Colleges of Applied Technology (TCATs) within the following functional areas: Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Student. The Service Center Student functional area is supported by the Office of Student Success for admissions, records, financial aid, and accounts receivable. The Academic Records Associate, Student Services is responsible for ensuring all student information is reported in a timely and accurate manner to the National Student Clearinghouse and in compliance with all applicable institutional, TBR, State, and Federal regulations, policies, and guidelines. In consultation with the Student Shared Services Manager, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student and Financial Aid Services and Student Services Specialist, this position manages student record processing in Banner for the technical colleges. The Associate, Student Services works closely with the institutions of the TBR system and is expected to provide a high level of customer service to all institutions served.
Job Duties

Job Summary
Reporting to the Program Director of Adult Education, the Testing Proctor is responsible for providing instructional, registration, and intake orientation - related services for potential and current students and faculty on a daily basis. Position will administer and ensure secure testing has been administered in the various locations. In addition, this position provides a variety of clerical duties in support of the Adult Education program.
Job Duties
• Verify the identity and eligibility of each HiSET test taker.
• Direct test takers to their specific seats, distribute and collect test books to and from each test taker individually.
• Verify that no one, including test personnel, is using a cell phone during the test administration.
• Answer general (procedural) questions.
• Observe test takers during testing session to guard against improper conduct and to establish that every test taker is working on the appropriate section of the test. Check to ensure that test takers are gridding their answers properly and NOT in the test book.
• Check restrooms immediately after test begins, and periodically thereafter, to be sure that the rooms contain no testing aids (books, notes, writings on towels or walls).
• Monitor and account for test materials throughout testing session.
• Clear the memory of each calculator (if applicable) before dismissing test takers to confirm that no test content is being removed or concealed.
• Verify that prohibited devices and testing aids are not being used in the test center, during the administration and during any breaks.
• Maintain testing surveillance logs, seating charts and other documentation as required.
• Maintain the security of all testing materials:
• Prepare a written inventory of all secure testing materials used during each test administration.
• Maintain the inventory documentation in the permanent secure store area.
• Conduct testing session in accordance with ETS policies and procedure as set forth in this Program manual and any supplemental memoranda from ETS.
• Control testing session by following all ETS procedures for conducting a testing session under standard conditions or, when appropriate, with accommodations for test takers with disabilities or health-related needs.
• Perform general office duties; filing, faxing and disbursement of administrative, and functional materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or HSE (High school equivalency) required • Must be at least 18 years of age • Minimum of 6 months experience using data entry software. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite &amp; Google Docs. • Possess strong oral and written communication skills (application documents will be reviewed for accuracy and oral communication skills will be evaluated at time of interview).

Job Purpose:&nbsp;The Patrol Officer (Police Officer 1) supports students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors by monitoring activity on campus for the purpose of maintaining peace and enforcing laws and supports the college by ensuring a safe educational and work environment. Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) is the home campus for this position. However, officers are occasionally required to perform duties and functions at other TCAT and WSCC campuses.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Performs foot and vehicle patrols of campus to preserve the peace and enforce the rules and regulations of the college, state, federal and local laws, directs and manages vehicular traffic, secures and unlocks campus areas as needed.</li>
